Directions to
Birnn Chocolates
From Route 1 South
Remain on Route 1 South passing Ray Catena (auto dealership) on left, then
a Mack truck repair shop on left (identified by the bulldog on the roof).
At this point move into the right lane.
Pass a sign with “Right Lane For Highland Park”.
Turn right off Route 1 for Highland Park onto a small road which is clearly
marked “Highland Park =>“.
SPEED LIMIT FROM HERE ON IS 25 MILES PER HOUR.
About 200 yards further on join Woodbridge Ave. It sweeps in from the left (you
do not have right of way). Continue straight ahead at this junction.
About 1 mile later, at second light and having just passed a Mobil gas station
on right join route 27 (known locally as Raritan Ave.) by bearing left at light.
This is the end of Woodbridge Ave.
At second light turn right onto North Fourth Ave.
Once on North Fourth Ave, count the streets on your left. The fourth is called
Madison Ave. The first three also have names: Dennison, Montgomery and Wayne.
You’ll find them in that order and all signposted.
Bear left onto Madison Ave.
Birnn Chocolates is a white one story building at the very end of Madison Ave.,
on the left.
Park on the street. Pay special attention to the “No Parking” signs.
